Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery takes 7 to 14 business days.

Please note that delivery dates may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, peak holiday seasons, or local postal delays.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at velorafindsinfo@gmail.com with a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
